Browse to Outlook.com and log in.

In your list of emails. Scroll to the email you would like to flag and hover over the email.

Right click on the flag icon. The third one from the left. This will Open a menu giving you a few options.

In this example select ‘Next week’ and the message should now have a yellow background and a little red flag on it.

Open your Windows Outlook desktop app.

In your list of emails. Scroll to the email you would like to flag. Hover your mouse just about the date and time. You should see a red flag appear
